Which phone is better, the lg rumor 2, utstarcom shuttle, or the kyocera x-tc?

I would like to know which Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) phone is better. I would also like to base my choice off of whichever one emits the least radiation because this will be used as a family/household phone.
It would also be useful if you added which one is more technologically advanced. Thanks!
