where can i find a cover for a sagem mobile phone?

my dads phone looks like a Nokia (NYSE: NOK) but its about 6 years old. i have been looking for a cover everywhere including ebay but i cant find any one. i contacted orange ands they said they still make them but they are hard to find. does anyone no where i can get one. its serial number is MYX-6. if you need anymore Information feel free to ask.
