lock failed..I CANNOT USE AT AL
on the front screen it says. please insert..... someone changed the screen saver last night and also something called themes. i am quite dim when it comes to mobiles!!

i work in carphone warehouse and this usually happens if the wrong sim is inserted into phone you need to contact siemens to get a code to unlock it

simplest thing is to take it to the shop where you got it and let the tecchies there sort it out

hey man. ur sim card is locked because somebody might have entered the wrong password three times, if this happens then consult your network operator. He will certainly solve ur problem and unblock the code.
