Palm Vx OS 4.1 Update interruption!!! PLEASE HELP?

i was up dating my Palm (NSDQ: PALM) Vx to OS 4.1 and the computer shutoff and now the palm wont work at all. i have tried a hard reset and soft reset and i have made no progress PLEASE HELP!!!!
