switch OS from Palm to Windows Mobile on Palm TX??

is it possible to remove the Palm (NSDQ: PALM) OS and replace it with the Windows Mobile OS?My manager told me about all of these programs to upload onto the Palm OS to make my job "paperless" and then after I purchased the Palm tX I found out that in January the company is switching to Pocket PC OS rather than Palm .... just wondering if I completely wasted $500.00 or if I can switch OS ..... Thanx ..
