Palm OS 4 - What does shortcut .9 do?

It returns 2002-05-10 15:22:54 110130E on a m515
Returns nothing on an early Vx with Update 3.5.3 installed.

Returns 2001-11-06 16:38:12 83778E on a preproduction m515
