My favorite site for Palm (NSDQ: PALM) OS freeware is (appropriately) http://www.freewarepalm.com/

Everything is sorted and categorized, and they'll tell you what version of the OS you need to be running. There are a few clinkers, but the good programs far outweigh the bad.
