i need some advice on verizons palm pre.?

i want to upgrade my Verizon (NYSE: VZ) phone but i want a device that will not freeze or one that will be difficult to use. i was thinking about Palm (NSDQ: PALM) pre . i would also like to know how much the full retail price will be. thanks so so much!
