Palm Pre Or Motorola Droid (Verizon)?

I'm looking for the best! I have seen that recently the best ones are these two. My mother and brother have gotten the Palm (NSDQ: PALM) pre and love it do you think that i would be better in going with Verizon (NYSE: VZ) with the motorolla droid. im from boston and just want the best to buy cause im buying it this week.
