Can i put sprint apps on on a palm pre O2 uk?

i have a Palm (NSDQ: PALM) pre on O2 (NYSE: TEF) in the uk but i want to have some of the apps u get on a Sprint (NYSE: S) palm pre like sprint tv and sprint gps! is there a way to get sprint tv and sprint gps on my uk palm pre?
