Palm Treo 680 on T-Mobile Sidekick prepaid plan?

does anyone know how to get this to work, i got a plam treo 680 that was originally on att, unlocked it and put my tmobile prepaid card in it and everything works except the internet and other internet based apps...i can still access t-zones but when i try to get real internet it says signing on, then canceling right after...i would appreciate any help, thank you
