 Why is my Palm Treo 650 ? I did an update on my Palm (NSDQ: PALM) Treo 650. When I power it up it tells me Phone Off at the top of the screen so I hit the red button to turn the phone on. Every time I do so it resets itself which is making it impossible for me to turn it on to make phone calls/text. It's fully charged. I did a soft reset and a hard reset but it still isn't acting normal. How can I fix it?   |
