att pantech phone speaker problems?

on my phone when someone calls me the ring tones don't work and i have to put it on vibrate to know someone is calling. also if i put my phone on speaker it doesn't work. lastly and probably most importantly i cant listen to ring tones. the only speaker that works is when i am talking to someone. how do i get this fixed?
