Hi! i have got a Blackberry 8310, and there is a problem!?

Hi! i have got a BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) 8310, and there is a problem!

when i call someone from my phone the people on the other side cant here me for the first 10-15 seconds and after that they can hear me fine!! but when i call the same person again everything is fine and they can hear me straight away! Has anyone got a similar problem or a solution to it! I really need to solve this problem because people usually hangup on me as they cant hear anything!! Please help !!!
