6UC1 - On my blackberry, Bell service - what does this mean?

When I try to call out on my BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) is says 6UC1, the number you have dialed is temporary out of service - it does this when I call any number and I know that it isn't. Then when I try to call my phone is says the number you have called is temporary out of service. It won't send texts, receive texts, NOTHING. The bill is definitely paid. I can't get any answers from Bell because I'm not the primary person on the account. WHAT IS WRONG??? Network problem??? Phone is busted??? PLEASE HELP! Thanks.
