Blackberry curve - downloading applications?

I'm trying to download a new BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) messenger but its just saying
''907 invalid COD TCP''

it says this when i try download the facebook or twitter application, too.

what is wrong and why can't i download? i've done all updates for the phone and it's still not working?
