Attention: BlackBerry on Verizon Wireless

If you want to activate a BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) of any type on Verizon (NYSE: VZ) Wireless, you will need to have a data plan. There is no workaround or way out of this. It is required by the provider. If this information changes, I will be sure to update this thread.
