I feel the best answer wouldn't come from anyone on this site. Call your customer service. They have the proper tools to help you troubleshoot your phone. There could be many reasons why whatever is happening with your phone is happening. They will go step by step with you with what they call troubleshooting Flows. Basically, they narrow down the problem. It may take a while to get through but its worth it in the long run. You wouldn't want to take someone else's advice, who you don't know is qualified or not, and end up ruining your phone.
