Default Would like to unlock T-mobile blackberry 7100t?

I just recieved a T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) 7100t from a customer of mine and I would like it unlocked to work on AT&T (cingular). I want to give this to a friend who just had his phone stolen. Any codes out there or am I stuck paying the 25 bucks to get it unlocked.
