Why, as a Rogers Wireless customer, am I unable to receive texts from

tbaytel users? However i can text them.? Basically what I said above. I live in Ontario. I happen to have an Iphone but it doesnt matter what model phone trys to text me i dont recieve it from Tbaytel users. Rogers (NYSE: RCI) is a GSM network. Tbaytel is CDMA if that helps.
