I subscribe to the Call, Text Click price plan on the Rogers (NYSE: RCI) Prepaid Network.

The price includes 2,500 text messages. Are incoming text messages FREE?

You have a texting plan, so incomming is included. So its free...

If you took it out, then they charge you. 15cents ea.
