How can I tweet pictures on Twitter with Rogers Mobile?

When I've tweeted with pictures on my phone (which is on Rogers), it posts the VeriSign approved picture and the wrong subject line. I understand that Rogers (NYSE: RCI) Mobile sends pictures differently, but is there an Twitter App that goes around this? Thanks (:
