 CECT P168 Dual SIM Touch Screen GSM PDA Cell Phone (iPhone Clone) Hi, I bought the 'CECT P168 Dual SIM Touch Screen GSM PDA Cell Phone (iPhone Clone)' in China last month and now have it here in Canada. I want to use it with a carrier here in Canada (maybe Rogers) but don't know what steps to take from here. Do I need a SIM card first? Does the phone need to be unlocked first? Is it already unlocked - how can I tell? Is it legal to use here in Canada? If it is unlocked, should I look for a SIM card from another cell phone instead? Any help would be appreciated, B  |
