Default How do I negotiate for a better NEW rogers wireless plan!?

currently they are offering me a new Nokia (NYSE: NOK) 5310 for 50$ if i sign up for a 3 year plan....

there are 25$ for 250 minutes
but i also want caller id which is 6$ more

thats already 31$ plus 911 and system access fees (6.95) and tax is 41$ PER month.....

41$ per month is not a good deal considering all i get is 250 minutes and caller id....

HOW do u negotiate?? the rep in the store said he didn't have the power to add addtional functions at the same price....
