Default Will putting a Rogers Wireless (Canada) SIM card into an AT&T phone make it work...
...with Rogers? Will putting a Rogers (NYSE: RCI) Wireless (Canada) SIM card into an AT&T phone make it work with Rogers? And is this considered unlocking a phone...or would unlocking the phone still be required?

Rogers SIM Card can work with any GSM cell phone.. It is only the matter of the phone itself. If you are using a AT&T cell phone. you have to make sure it is unlock.

Give people a heads up:
What does it means Unlocking? For example, if you have a computer at home and you put in a password. Then, your computer is only for you, because other people don't have the password. Same thing happen to the cell phone. The network provider will put in password into their cell phones that only the network knowing the password. Don't even think about the Network will unlock it for you.
