When I press OK in error window, this shows up:
Fail to connect to the mobile handset, Please check the COM port
and connect in idle screen. Due to multifunction, despite
idle screen, it can be failed to connect.

Basically I didn't get a CD with my Viewty so I downloaded one and also
the USB port driver, and it works when I try to manage music,
but when I press either: backup, contents, contacts, messages
I get the same error messages.
So what now?
