Lo and behold I get zero bars and cannot make a call inside my apartment. I know next to nothing about cell phones so am wondering if the phone makes a difference – i.e. if I get a different (better/more expensive) phone would reception improve? I tried calling tracfone customer service but got someone in India who I can't understand so didn't want to even try and explain my problem but is there, in fact, anything tracfone could do to help me get better reception? Would a different carrier (like Net10) possible be different or am I just out of luck? So i spoke with a guy at a shop who speciliazes in iPhone repairs and he charged me $70 so remove thoes red marks...

Do you think after i do that i can take my phone to Apple and tell them like My phone freezes too much and the camera lags
