how do i download music or ringtones to my phone (T-mobile samsung T749)?

hi, i recently asked this question but their was a problem once i got the answer i was looking for. first off the answer i got was go on ventones to download or upload music to my phone, the problem is that i havent yet got any ringtones or anything from them and its been about 2 days, second i tried putting my USB cable for my phone it it says inserst memory card i dont even c a place for my memory card let alone i dont have one lol. can any1 help me find out how to get ringtones without me having to spend any money
