Default Samsung Propel T-Mobile MMS Settings PLEASE ANSWER?

So I just got a Propel and I love it, the only thing is that I cannot send or recieve picture messeges, I've spent hours scouring google. I know I need to configure the settings on the network profiles, but I need help as to where to do this. I configured the T-Zones perfectly but when I tried to enter in the T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) MMS settings into the Propel's profile editor I did not know what to put where such as what to put in the;

Access Name;

if I should change the Auth Type to Normal, Secure or None

User ID:

Password:

if the Protocol should be HTTP, WAP or other

What the Home URL should be

What the Proxy Address should be

Linger Time:

And if I even change the Advanced settings;

Static IP:

Static DNS:

Traffic Class

or just leave them unchecked

The Wireless confgureator does not support my phone, besides that it now costs money.

I've called and visited both T-Mobile and ATT both telling me to talk to the other.

This is irritating because I know it can be done but I have not seen anything.

I asked on yahoo answers 3 times and they deleted my questions .

I've searched Forums and Websites.

I cannot make an account for ATT Forums.

I've looked up some of the settings and tested them out but I'm sure I'm missing settings and or have them in the wrong area.

Anyways please help me and not just refer me like all the others.

Thank You.
Thanks Eric, that was great information but when I tried to send a message it said sending failed, no connection. But I have the connection set and I have Unlimited MMS on my plan.
