Default Transferring music from pc to micro sd card for samsung gravity?

everytime I drag the music from my music folder to the sd card folder it says there is not enough space, you need an addtional __ Kb to transfer this file

The card is empty! and its a 4gb card. what do i do?

Thos forum give good info on the problem as there could be a number of issues causing the problem.
It may need formatting to FAT32 or NTFS

Try and format the card with one of those cheap china mp4 or mp5 multiplayers, it will force formatting to FAT16 at 8sectors and 4k. This may not be usable on your PC especially if you are running the NTFS file system but it will make it visible enough to be formatted to FAT32, you may need to force formatting to FAT32 at 32 sectors and 16k before your computer or phone will be able to save files to it.
