Unlock Cell phone Samsung Glyde (Model: SCH-U940) from Verizon to Metro PCS?

I'm looking for the unlock codes or a site where I can unlock my Verizon (NYSE: VZ) phone to Metro PCS. Every site I look at is asking for my IMEI Number, but this phone only has an MEID-HEX #.

Please advise!
