Help me?!? I have a phone problem?!? I have the Samsung Alias by Verizon! HELP!!!!?

Ok I have the Samsung Alias by Verizon (NYSE: VZ) Wireless. I have had this phone since last June. So its been about a year. Heres whats wrong:
-Sometimes for no reason it shuts off. And I don't turn it off. It just shuts off.
-It gets really warm when I use it.
-When I'm sending a message it takes forever. Or it says -cannot send message saved in sent folder-and then I have to send it again.
-And when I try to take pictures it takes forever! It takes about 30 seconds to take a picture. And when I try to save it it takes about a minute to save.

What can I do with my phone? Will Verizon trade it for a new one? Or what do I have to do to it?

Well personally I would never go with a samsung phone...Lg's are so much better and more dependable. You might be able to trade it in for the same phone again or you might be able to upgrade to another phone. They might even let you use that phone as credit towards another phone. Ofcourse you can always open up an e-bay account and buy a used phone on there. My boyfriend bought a used phone off of e-bay and it works like new. So if you get another phone...go with an Lg phone.
