verizon wireless samsung alias multiple phone problems?

ok many problems with this phone but first off this is my 2nd actual alias and my 3rd or 4th battery for it.
these are the issues:
-if i am txting multiple ppl at once, my phone will stop sending messages, freeze, and then i have to turn it off and then on again and then when it comes back all my messages are deleted
-now, my space bar, number lock, and right hand cursor wont work
-sometimes they do work, but when they do, something else will stop working
-wwhen i am typing a message the keypad way, certain buttons will make other things pop up
-when it is turned the keyboard way, i am unable to reply to messages, only sometimes
-once they changed my software from when it broke before, they are now charging me for sampling ringtones and going on yahoo messenger and these were free on my old phone nd befor they changed the software
i am still on my one year warranty and i wanna get a new phone. is this possible? i have had this phone since christmas of 2007

I have multiple problems with that phone:
Freezes when flips
Low Battery
Low Signal
The keyboard fell off!
It shuts down randomly
Freezes when sending multiple messages

I took it to Verizon (NYSE: VZ) thursday and they said the warranty wouldn't cover it and a $50 charge to get the phone fixed with the insurance or I can pay retail for a brand new phone. So I am just waiting till 8/10/08 and getting the enV2.

Kay so this is my 5th alias, they won't let me get any other phone. so heres what you do.
Try this with your fone to see if it works before yu take it to the store though.
go to messaging, new text message.
then press options, and go to option 4 which is "Add Sound".
Sure it seems normal right? then select "downloaded"
Your phone will most likely restart itself. Go to the Verizon (NYSE: VZ) store, be sure its an actual store, not only the dealer, and tell them whats wrong, they'll replace it with a refurbrished one right on the spot. I've been doing that every time i scratch my phone hehe. Never fails me!
