 Virgin Mobile samsung slash? I've had the samsung slash for a little over a month then today it randomly froze and has been frozen all day. When i take the battery out then try to turn it on usually the screen just goes completely white or blank. DOes any1 know how to fix this or if i can send it somewhere to get it fixed or will Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) send me a new one?  |

| i've had a few probs like this with my samsung phone, and so did my dad. mine sorted itself out but my dads didn't and Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) were ok to pass on a new handset, just call the helpline and explain, they're friendly even if they do tend to all sound the same! |
