Default my samsung propel wont allow me to send videos in a text message?
whenever i try to send one, it says "sending failed. forbidden"
i have the texting plan where it lets me send media..but i don't know why it's acting this way?

sounds like your parents had the web access cut off to prevent the $300 phone bills from rolling in.
