How do u download a song on your SCP-2700 Sanyo from Sprint?

Do u have 2 pay monthly for downloading a song on ur SCP-2700 Sanyo (OTCPK: SANYY) phone or do u have 2 pay only once and how much do u have 2 pay? Also how do u download the song and do u need internet on ur phone to download it?? First person who tells me all the information is voted best answer
