How can I transfer ring tones to my Sanyo Katana SCP 6600 cell phone with a

bluetooth or usb cable? I know that my cell phone does not have the feature to allow me to transfer wallpapers, pictures nor ring tones (only address book and contact information). It is however compliant with bluetooth and usb cables. I've downloaded drivers to the computer and it does not work with BitPim. My carrier is Bell Mobility (Canada). I do not have access to the internet. Is there any program that would allow me to manipulate my cell phone to accept ring tones? If so where can I find it?
