I just got a Bluetooth H500 and a Sanyo Katana phone. Bluetooth works fine except...?

...works fine except that I can't use voice-dial with it and hitting the call button doesn't hang up a call. This may be something simple as I've never used Bluetooth before but I'm not sure what to do.

I can dial a number on my phone, hit "talk", and then I hear the ringing in my ear and am able to talk. To hang up, I have to hit "end" on the phone.

The voice dial works fine on the phone itself, just not with the Bluetooth.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

It's probably the bluetooth. There should be a "call" button (look in your instructions if you don't know what it is) that should be what you are supposed to hit when you want to voice dial and to end the call. If that's not it take it back to where you bought it and get a new one. If that's not it it might be the Sanyo (OTCPK: SANYY) (don't know don't sell Sanyo phones, sorry). Worse case just go to the place that you bought it and have someone there walk you thru how to do all of this stuff.
