How do I put songs from my computer on to my Hiptop 3 sharp phone?

Hey, I have a Hiptop 3 phone By Sharp, and i was wondering, how can i put songs from my computer onto my phone in the sonicBOOM thing. I plug in the USB cord into my phone and the computer, and I dont no how to put the songs on?

Anyone no how?
Please explain how to do it
