Can I sue T-Mobile or SHARP?

Can i sue them for this reason?

Today my phone froze and all my contacts got deleted except 12 out of the 77 I had. Also it froze for like 10mins and i couldnt get it to work. So imagine if i had a emergency call to the police and my phone was frozen and but this didn't happen but can i still sue them for making the phone like this?
