softbank 822p.........?

i got my cell phone and i tryed calling my friends but my cell phone says that this phone is unavalible. i did it waith all my friends numbers and they all dont work. i cant even send text messages to anyone. so like whats wrong with my phone? and what do i have to do to get it back to normal?
