Default if i buy an iphone in japan, would it work in england?would i need it
jailbreaking or unlocking?
i've heard that if u update the software on itunes whilst it is jailbroken, it can harm the iphone or basically won't work anymore!!!

i would think it would work, you would probably need to buy a universal charger an change the language settings but i would HIGHLY recommend jailbreaking it. i have a jailbroken ipod touch 2G and it's the best thing ever!
