SoftBank (japan) Prepaid SIM card...?

OK quite simple, I'm going to Tokyo and I want a prepaid SIM card while I'm there basically you need an Alien registration form if you want to buy it as a foreigner so since I won't have that I was wondering, anyone currently living in Japan and would be willing to get one for me and send it via mail?
