Anyone else having problems with their sony ericsson phone?

I have one of the walkmans and it always freezes up and i have to take out the battery to make it work again. Sometimes it will even just go black and restart itself. Now its becoming cracked and the buttons are starting not to work. Is anyone else having these problems?
