I have an unlocked sony ericsson xperia i cant send pic msgs to my

friends. i have t-mobile. wut can i do? so is the proxy settings and all that kind is messed up or what?
or is it t-mobiles fault?
i know this works because i used to send pic msgs on that phone,
i cant do it now because i updated the ROM of the phone.
