Problems installing Sony Ericsson w580i usb driver?

I downloaded and installed the usb driver for ericsson w580i online and everytime i run it, it says you need flash player 8.0 or later. I have flash 10 and it still doesn't let me run the software. Am i doing something wrong??? how can i transfer files into my phone?
