Complain to them, then complain to them again and then complain to them some more. Every other day should do it. They have been terminating accounts of customers who expect them to furnish the services they advertise.

P.S. Don't forget to also complain to the appropriate State and Federal agencies and to let Sprint (NYSE: S) know you are doing that, too.

Don't bother with customer service, they will all tell you the same thing, "If you cancel your service, you must pay a cancellation fee of $xxx.00"

Skip the phone calls and the in-store employees.. Write a letter to the Attorney Generals Office, Office of the President of Sprint, Corporate office, Customer Relations and the location in-which you signed up for service. Make sure it is sent via Registered Mail, Signature Required, Return Receipt Requested.

Tell them that you are not satisfied with the coverage of their network, poor customer service and overall satisfaction of their product. Demand that they release you from your contract without penalty and fees.

They will do so promptly.
