What is looper, and how does it track GPS cell phones you put the software on?...

...Anyone from Sprint (NYSE: S) out there? Someone put something called looper on my cell phone and is able to stalk me and see where im going by using gps tracking, what is the program and how do i remove it?
Is there someone out there that works for sprint that can give me suggestions?
