try brooks twitch s, there's loads of styles and they're the lightest and the most comfortable i've found and I love them.
but if you want asics, the only ones i've liked were the Hyper-Rocketgirl SP2 but they're hardly light, i've had about five different pairs of asics and none of them are as light as my brooks were
and nike, they're awful when it comes to Sprint (NYSE: S) spikes in my opinion, i had one pair and moved on.
you could also try saucony crescent 2, they're lighter than asics and decently comfortable, but if you're foot isn't very skinny you'll have problem fitting in them

Default best women track spikes for sprints/middle distance?

my main event is the 400 but i also run 800s and 200s in relays and i am getting new spikes for this spring. my previous pair was great - the asics rocketgirl spikes and i liked them a lot. but i'm looking now for more lightweight (the rocketgirls weren't too light) and a new shoe basically. i like asics and nike brand best. so what's a good track spike that's nike or asics? thanks!
