Default How do I go about starting my own Cell Phone service company? to compete

with Verizon (NYSE: VZ) and Sprint (NYSE: S) ect? I need to know about leasing lines from the bigger companies and also where to buy phones in bulk and how to program the phones with my own variety of software.
